How to Apply the Hair BodipHier:

(using Hair Salon or Home Application Techniques)

The BodipHier is a safe and effective relaxer all types of curly hair, including Pacific Islander, African, European, Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern, regardless of race or ethnicity, for any type of curly, wavy, thick, kinky, and frizzy hair. Get results by following these easy instructions with 2 options (below the video) to effectively aide the hair relaxing process either at home or at a hair salon.

STEP ONE: Review relaxer processing instructions for home or salon applications below:

1. Apply all of the relaxer crème on your entire head, starting at the most resistant areas; apply it from the roots to the ends.
2. Put on the plastic cap (enclosed inside Kit) and let it sit to process for

   10 minutes.

3. Remove plastic cap and smooth hair in a straight direction with hands, or gently use a wide tooth comb through hair sections to get hair as straight as possible. Keep your hair as straight as possible during processing for best results.
4. Replace the plastic cap, let it sit and process. To aid relaxer processing for best results:
   First — To warm up your hair treatment, circulate a

   warm

   (never hot!) blow dryer all over the plastic cap, for

   around 5 minutes.

   Stop the blow dryer when your head cap feels warm all over. Next — wrap a dry towel around the plastic cap on your head (not tightly and without bunching your hair), and clip it in place. Then — Let it sit warm for

   10 minutes.

   Repeat this cap warming step again (30 minutes total processing), and continue at Step Two.
    
   NOTE — If hair has colour, highlights, damage, or sensitive scalp issues, circulate a blow dryer on

   lowest (cool) setting

   over the plastic cap. Use same processing method above, reduced to

   20 minutes.

   (dryer 5 min. — towel wrap 5 min. — and repeat).

1. Make sure hair is clean and dry. Apply all of the relaxer crème on the entire head, starting at the most resistant areas, from the roots to ends (applies like a colour or relaxer).
2. Put on a plastic cap (inside Kit), and let it sit for

   10 minutes.

3. Remove the plastic cap and smooth hair in a straight direction with hands, and gently use a wide tooth comb through each section of hair to get hair as straight as possible.
4. Replace the plastic cap. Sit client under a hooded hair dryer on

   warm

   heat setting, for

   30 minutes

   to process, then sit and let hair cool under plastic cap for

   10 minutes.

5. A 2nd option is to circulate a

   warm

   hand-held hair dryer over the plastic hair cap for

   5 minutes

   or until the head cap is warm all over. Stop the blow dryer, wrap a dry towel around the cap and clip it in place. Let it sit warm for

   10 minutes.

   Repeat this cap warming once again. (30 minutes total processing). Continue at Step Two below.

STEP THREE

Towel blot hair and apply Fresh Look BodipHier Conditioner. Leave in for

5 minutes

and Rinse.

STEP FOUR

Towel blot hair. Apply thermal protection and blow dry hair and style hair according to your preference. Flat ironing hair makes hair smoother, silkier, straighter.

A wee-bit of the Brilliant Sheen Moisturizer 2 – 3 times a week is great for added hydration and control of thick, coarse hair types. For those with dry, coarse, or thick hair types, apply a wee-bit of the (enclosed) BodipHier Blow Drying Hair Oil throughout your hair to protect it from heat styling. A little natural oil also provides moisture, silky smoothness, and frizz control.

You can customize your permanent results with subsequent relaxer re-growth applications.

Since the BodipHier natural relaxer is chemical-free and safe, it won’t over-process hair that has previously been relaxed. Continued use of the BodipHier relaxer on re-growth safely keeps hair permanently smoother and uniformly relaxed.

# 1.

If you desire further maximum curl relaxation after your first (virgin hair) relaxer application, you can apply another full relaxer treatment again for a second time. Or wait 8 – 10 weeks to touch up your naturally curly re-growth, and re-apply the second relaxer treatment throughout all the hair again starting at the re-growth, to get the same maximum results.

Tip - For those with short hair: The best use of any leftover relaxer crème is to apply it again throughout your clean, dry hair for further straightening. At the end of the first application, simply shampoo twice and dry your hair. Then repeat the relaxer treatment, and save the conditioner for after the 2nd application and shampooing are done. *It’s important to re-seal the bag of relaxer crème between applications.

# 2.

If you don’t wish to further straighten the rest of your hair, touch up only your re-growth with the relaxer in 8 – 10 weeks. Smooth the rest of the relaxer through the rest of your hair for the

last 10 minutes

of timing. Otherwise, always start at the re-growth and re-apply the BodipHier fully again throughout all the hair, to maintain maximum and uniform curl relaxation.
